We know exactly what’s required and carry out all testing and servicing to meet stringent legal requirements, so you can be sure that the job has been done correctly. Some of our staff have over 25 years’ experience in the mobile medical industry.

And just to make sure that your downtime is reduced as far as possible, we can be flexible on how, where and when servicing is carried out. Some planned maintenance can be carried out whilst the trailer is in clinical use, and selected mandatory testing and maintenance can be completed out of hours to suit clinical and operational requirements.

The full range of servicing we carry out includes:

• Electrical testing to latest 18th edition BS 7671 and standard mains single & three phase distribution panels and sub systems.
• Testing & servicing of patient lift to Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER) regulations.
• Air conditioning & chilling units for MRI Units.
• On board generators supporting the environmental conditions during transport.
• Running gear inspections using DVSA approved contractors’ country wide also brake tests (mandatory brake testing required by DVSA 4 times Yearly) and repairs to all sub systems, lighting, air suspension, braking systems (including ABS/EBS) integration.
• RF (Radio Frequency) gaskets and seals, Faraday cage for MRI and lead shielding on CT, X-RAY and DEXA units.
• Annual fire extinguisher and fire alarm testing.
